Making Lynnwood a Veterans-Supportive and Ready City



















      Mayor Nicola Smith and the City Council are committed to making
      Lynnwood a veterans-supportive and ready city. Through dedicated
      volunteers and great partnerships since 2015, here are the programs
          and services proudly available to serve our nation’s heroes.
     • Northwest Veterans Museum at
     Heritage Park – A place to share
     history, stories and meet each
     other. Rotating historic artifacts
     and displays are featured. The
     museum is located in the Wickers
     Building at Heritage Park, and is
     open Mondays, Thursdays and
     Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
     • Veterans One-Stop Resource Center – Staffed by local professionals
     available to assist with referrals in medical and employment assistance,
     career transitions, and more. Open every Tuesday and the 1st Wednesday
     of each month from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Verdant Wellness Center.
     • Hero’s Café – A monthly gathering to focus on outreach, interaction and
     welfare among our Veterans community. Open the last Tuesday of each
     month from 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Verdant Wellness Center.
