Making Lynnwood a Veterans-Supportive and Ready City
Mayor Nicola Smith and the City Council are committed to making
Lynnwood a veterans-supportive and ready city. Through dedicated
volunteers and great partnerships since 2015, here are the programs
and services proudly available to serve our nation’s heroes.

Heritage Park – A place to share
history, stories and meet each
other. Rotating historic artifacts
and displays are featured. The
museum is located in the Wickers
Building at Heritage Park, and is
open Mondays, Thursdays and
Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Veterans One-Stop Resource Center – Staffed by local professionals
available to assist with referrals in medical and employment assistance,
career transitions, and more. Open every Tuesday and the 1st Wednesday
of each month from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Verdant Wellness Center.
• Hero’s Café – A monthly gathering to focus on outreach, interaction and
welfare among our Veterans community. Open the last Tuesday of each
month from 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Verdant Wellness Center.
