Welcome to Burlington
This Premier Business Directory offers valuable resources for
visitors, long-time residents, and newcomers considering a move
to the area. It includes stunning photographs of the region and
highlights the annual events organized by the Chamber. Additionally,
the directory showcases the Burlington businesses that support the
Chamber and its mission.
What I appreciate most about the directory is that it features
dedicated Chamber members who are invested in an organization
committed to supporting the community and fostering economic
growth year after year. The Burlington Chamber and its members
Stephanie Rees represent over 13,000 jobs in Skagit County, serving primarily
President & CEO Skagit, Whatcom, and Snohomish counties, with outreach
extending as far as Canada and King County. The Chamber staff
works diligently to provide advocacy, education, and social gatherings for business owners
and their employees.
The Burlington Chamber staff is responsible for advocacy, education, organizing
gatherings, and managing the Visitor Information Center located in Historic Downtown
Burlington. This lovely building, constructed in 2012, is a replica of the 1902 depot train
station that once stood just a few blocks away. Inside, visitors can explore four display cases
filled with the history of Burlington, along with fascinating information about the BNSF and
Great Northern Railway.
The Visitor Information Center provides local information about Burlington and Skagit
County and additional travel details for other notable areas to explore. We take pride in
the beauty of Skagit, so we encourage you to stay for a week and discover what it has to
offer. There are eight hotels in Burlington for you to choose from, and many of the country’s
wonders and unique hidden gems are located less than 30 minutes away.
If you’re in the area in June or looking for activities to enjoy, we invite you to join us for one
of the longest-running festivals in Skagit County: Berry Dairy Days. This weekend is packed
with fun and unique events that celebrate Burlington’s history. Experience the local bounty
with farm tours, u-pick berries, local vendors, and much more. To learn more about this free
event, visit berrydairydays.com or contact the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
Below, you can see our amazing staff. This passionate team is dedicated to our work in
Burlington, and if we haven’t met you yet, please feel free to reach out to one of us or stop by
to say hello. We would love to help you discover the beauty of Burlington and the Burlington
Chamber of Commerce. You can find us at the Burlington Visitor Information Center located
at 520 E. Fairhaven Ave., Burlington. We hope to see you soon!
