MAYOR’S MESSAGE

Lynnwood is a community that has something for everyone! I
encourage you to use this directory as a guide to the many services,
shopping and dining available in our city. Now more than ever,
spending your dollars in our community is helping to support our local
business economy. Our local businesses have shown great resiliency,
adapting their businesses to weather this unpredictable public health
crisis. Additionally, by shopping local, you help more tax revenue go
where it will be invested back into our neighborhoods, parks, roads,
and public safety. Full economic recovery will be slow and it will
take time. I ask that you support our local businesses, especially our
small businesses, with your patronage as we embark on the road to
economic recovery. Many thanks to the Lynnwood Chamber for bringing together all of the
great services available to our community members in this guide.
Lynnwood is a city on the move. Over the next several years our city will see many changes
with the arrival of Sound Transit’s light rail, new development happening in our City Center,
and redevelopment of the Alderwood Mall area. We are taking great efforts to keep you
informed of city projects and initiatives and to share with you, our residents and community
members, what is going on in our great city!
