     Message from the Chairman
Mukilteo is truly a wonderful community in which to live, work and play. If you
enjoy being outdoors, Mukilteo is the community for you. Our town offers a variety
of activities: hiking Japanese Gulch, playing golf at the beautiful Harbour Pointe Golf
Club, four aviation museums and playing on the seashore, whether it’s beachcombing,
bonfires, whale watching or scuba diving from the dive park, it is amazing!

I am excited for the opportunity to lead our local Chamber of Commerce and the
thriving business community. Our Chamber’s Mission Statement reads, “We are
dedicated to promoting business development and economic growth in our area.”
As business leaders in this community, we work to offer supportive and innovative
ways to facilitate ways our area’s industries and companies can continue to thrive and
evolve. As such I am proud that our Chamber is partnering with the City of Mukilteo
and Waste Management to bring the “Mukilteo Cares” Green Business Certification
Program to our businesses in 2018.
We will continue to be alert to the needs of our business community and work to
provide a sounding board for our members.
Our Chamber office also serves as the Mukilteo Visitor Information
Center and welcomes visits from both residents and business leaders
as well as those passing through Mukilteo. For questions about
membership, Chamber activities and programs, or simply about the
community in general, call our office at 425-347-1456.
                   Janet Hammerman, 2018 Board Chairman
